Complete the name of summer clothes

"Summer clothes! Fill in the blanks" shows seven numbered pictures in colorful frames: sunglasses, denim shorts, a yellow T-shirt with a sun on it, a striped swimsuit, a pair of sandals, a straw sun hat with a red bow and flip-flops. Under each picture is its name with some letters missing. Little suns, stars and waves decorate the page.

Children say what each item is and write the missing letters in the blanks. It builds spelling, vocabulary and attention to letter patterns, and it fits a summer or beach theme in kindergarten and first grade.
