What we don't collect

You do not need an account to browse, download or print anything. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or date of birth. We do not build advertising profiles of you, and we do not sell or share personal information.

The iOS app does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not track you across other apps or websites. That is why it never shows you an app-tracking permission prompt.

Information we do collect

If you create an account (only needed for the optional ad-free subscription) we store your email address and your subscription status. That is all.

If you join the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.

If you use the contact form we receive the message and email address you type, so we can reply.

When a printable is downloaded we record the IP address and browser identifier alongside the download, to count downloads and to stop automated abuse of our servers. These records are not linked to an account.

The iOS app stores things on your device

Printables you save for offline use are stored on your own device and are never uploaded anywhere. Your favourites and the catalogue cache are stored on your device too. Deleting the app removes all of it.

If you sign in, the app keeps a login token in the device Keychain so you don't have to sign in repeatedly. Signing out deletes it.

Advertising

The website and the app are supported by advertising, which is what lets every printable stay free.

The website uses Google AdSense. The app uses Google AdMob and requests non-personalised ads only — ads are chosen from the general context rather than from a profile of you. Google may still process limited data such as your approximate location and device type in order to serve and measure those ads. Subscribers to the ad-free option see no advertising in the app at all — no ad is even requested.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to understand which printables are popular. The iOS app does not use Google Analytics or any other third-party analytics service.

Payments

The optional ad-free subscription is handled by PayPal on our website. Your card details are entered on PayPal's own systems and are never seen by or stored on ours. We only receive your subscription status and renewal date.

Children

Our printables are designed for children, but this website and app are intended to be used by the parents, carers and teachers who do the downloading and printing. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to delete your account and any associated data by contacting us. You can remove everything the app has stored by deleting the app.
