Musical Instrument fun

"Musical Instrument Fun!" shows eight numbered pictures in rainbow-colored frames: an acoustic guitar, a drum kit, an upright piano, a violin with its bow, a trumpet, a saxophone, a clarinet and a flute. Each name is printed underneath with one or two letters missing. Name and date lines sit under the title, and music notes and clefs decorate the border.

Children name each instrument and fill in the missing letters. The page practices spelling, music vocabulary and careful letter-by-letter reading, and it pairs well with a music lesson in kindergarten or first grade.

There is also a similar Musical Instruments fill-in-the-blanks sheet.
