Place the pictures to match the colors of the cake

A black-and-white outline of a decorated round cake on a stand is cut into six wedges. Each wedge holds a color word in matching colored lettering: purple, red, blue, orange, green and yellow. Six smiling fruit pictures sit below in a cutting grid: red cherries, a green apple, blueberries, purple grapes, an orange and a pineapple.

The printed instruction is to place the pictures to match the colors. Kids cut out each fruit and glue it onto the wedge with the matching color word, practicing color words, sorting and scissor skills. It suits preschool and kindergarten.
