Place the pictures to match the colors of the cups

Six empty mugs sit in two rows at the top of this sheet, each labeled with a color word: red, blue and green on the first row, yellow, orange and purple on the second. Under the cutting line are six pictures to cut out: a watermelon slice, a sprig of dark purple berries, a smiling orange, a bunch of blueberries, a cucumber and a mango.

Children cut out each picture and glue it onto the mug whose color word matches it. It's a simple way to practice the six basic colors, reading color words and scissor skills in preschool and kindergarten.
